Tezman Holding A.Ş., operating since 1948, has strengthened its organizational structure in the maritime sector by establishing a new company under the name Selmarin Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Within this context, Aquila Catamarans, which were part of the Tezmarin portfolio, were repositioned under the umbrella of Selmarin Tourism and Trade Inc. This step was implemented as an important part of the group's goal to create a more focused structure in its brand management strategy.
